We partner with teams and organizations to work with a group of 4-6 leaders and engage on topics, including building self awareness, driving innovation, coaching, handling tough conversations and more for 3 to 6 months. We offer frameworks you can use with your team and the opportunity to share knowledge with peers.
Strategy Sprints
Sometimes you don’t need ongoing coaching. Instead, we will spend time together to help you solve your biggest challenges, or think more strategically or creatively about specific topics. Specialties include design thinking, leadership, culture, team dynamics, and management.
