Genna is a leadership coach who is passionate about helping founders grow professionally, focus on self care, and navigate transitions. At Google for Startups for over almost a decade, Genna helped her team grow from 10 to 40 people. She led global teams, launched acceleration programs for founders across 6 continents, created partnerships with leading startup organizations, and helped launch and run physical spaces for startups in 7 cities globally. Google for Startups has worked with over 1500 founders and helped them raise over $1.4B and create 20k jobs. Outside of work, Genna is a wife and a mother, and finds every opportunity to feed her passion for the outdoors by hiking, running and swimming.
