With over 20 years of experience in global roles across policy, partnerships, GTM, marketing, and operations, I’ve navigated everything from the halls of the State Department to the ever-evolving world of Silicon Valley. After working on foreign policy issues, I spent over a decade at Google helping founders scale. I know firsthand the excitement and dread of transitioning from public to private sectors and the grit it takes to be a standout in Tech.
Building teams and coaching founders and executives worldwide has been my true joy—and it’s that passion that led me to coaching full-time. When I partnered with my own leadership coach to envision what came after Google, I found my calling in helping others make their own leap.
Certified through UC Berkeley’s Executive Coaching Institute, I’ve worked with clients across a wide array of roles and industries: from founders to tech execs to teachers to parents re-entering the workforce. My approach is simple—I help my clients untangle challenges, find clarity, and discover that “aha!” moment where it all clicks.
Outside of coaching, I’m a wife and mom of two, and whether it’s on a hike or over a glass of wine, I’m always game for great conversations and good laughs.
