With over 20 years of experience in global roles across policy, partnerships, GTM, marketing, and operations, Genna has navigated everything from the halls of the State Department to the ever-evolving world of Silicon Valley. After working on foreign policy issues, she spent over a decade at Google helping founders scale. She knows firsthand the excitement and dread of transitioning from public to private sectors, the grit it takes to start and scale a company, and the skills needed to be a standout in Tech.

Building teams and coaching founders and executives worldwide has been Genna's true joy—and it’s that passion that led her to coaching full-time. When Genna partnered with her own leadership coach to envision what came after Google, she found my calling in helping others make their own leap.

Certified through UC Berkeley’s Executive Coaching Institute, she has worked with clients across a wide array of roles and industries: from founders to tech execs to teachers to parents re-entering the workforce. Her approach is simple— she helps clients untangle challenges, find clarity, and discover that “aha!” moment where it all clicks.

Outside of coaching, she is a wife and mom of two, and whether it’s on a hike or over a glass of wine, Genna is always game for great conversations and good laughs.
